The email received at the time of entry is only informing you of RECEIPT OF ENTRY and is NOT an offer of a confirmed place. You will be notified within 7 days of entering if your entry is in the confirmed draw or waiting list.  You will receive a full refund if you are not offered a place from the waiting list.

Emails will come from events@pickleballscotland.org.  If an email is not received, please check your spam folder.

Pickleball Scotland strongly advises players NOT to book accommodation and travel until they have had an email confirming a main draw place.

ENTRY COSTS:

Per person per event (NOT per pair): 
Registration fee (non refundable): £20

• 1^st event: £30
• 2^nd event: £28
• 3^rd event: £25

• YOUTH EVENTS:
  • Registration fee(non refundable): £5
  • Each youth event: £10

For youth events, please enter and contact finance@pickleballscotland.org to make payment

No refunds will be given for withdrawals after 23:59 on 15^th April 2026

It is very important to read the regulations as there have been a number of changes from previous competitions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Closing date for receipt of entries is 15^th April 2026. Late entries might not be accepted.

It may be necessary to restrict the numbers of entries. Please note, as this is an event open to all, up to 25% of places in each event may be reserved for those not resident in Scotland. Please note:

• No refunds will be considered if withdrawal is notified later than 23:59 on 15^th April 2026.
• All substitution of partners after 15^th April will result in the new partner paying the full entry fee to Pickleball Scotland with no refund due to the withdrawing partner.
• The registration fee of £20 is non refundable. However, if a player does not get offered a place from the waiting list, they shall be entitled to a full refund of the event fee and, if no longer in any events, a full refund of the registration fee.
• If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
• The organisers reserve the right to add to or alter these conditions.  Its decision in all matters will be final.
• All players participate at their own risk.
• Filming and photographs will be taken at this event and may be used by Pickleball Scotland as creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event.  It is the individual’s responsibility to make it known to The Championship Director before 20^th May if they do not wish to have their picture taken or games filmed
