Pickleball Scotland has made a successful application to the Summer of Sport Funds distributed by sportscotland to provide CPD opportunities to teachers, active schools’ co-ordinators and sport development officers in the most rural areas in Scotland.

This will allow us to travel and to deliver our CPD award to areas that we have so far found hard to reach – we are initially targeting the Inner and Outer Hebrides.

The CPD award is delivered in a 3-hour workshop and we will leave resources to assist in future school or after school activity and a free set of 16 good quality paddles and 32 balls to allow Pickleball to continue after the CPD delivery.
